Dreadnought Re-painted
I haven't had a huge amount of time for modelling and painting recently so I decided to do something simple which I've been meaning to do for a while. Since I started my Death Guard the style has changed slightly leaving the dreadnought looking a bit out of place so I thought I'd give it a bit of a revamp.
I knew I wanted the shoulders to be green and added strips of plasticard to make the gold trim. I'm not entirely happy with the gold but it will do for now. The other thing I added was the Death Guard Symbol on the right leg. I originally made this icon for my second terminator squad but ended up not using it. However I really like it on the leg of the dreadnought. To finish off the model a few transfers and some additional weathering will be in order, but that will have to wait for another update.
Thanks for reading

Very nice Andy
ReplyDeleteI like the changes, not too many but enough to get it to match your current style of marines.
